She went above and beyond to help us when our reservation was canceled even after we were checked in.... it was a nightmare, but she helped us immensely. I will recommend The Spark to anyone traveling in Waldorf! We will also be back in the future.”

“I have stayed in a number of Hampton Inn and this property needs to be better maintained. Unfortunately we had to change rooms due to a non-working TV and due to a key lockout due to a power surge from a storm. The staff responded very quickly reprogramming room keys for new and existing customers. All in all, the staff was expedient and friendly. Please improve the breakfast selection and quantity on the weekend. It was nearly gone at 8:30 in the morning.”

“There was roaches. I took a photo of an extremely large roach. I brought it to the front desk and was told management would reach out because none were on property. No solution or attempt to reach out was made.”

“Everything about the place looked old and worn out. I typically had to wait at least 5 minutes when I went to the front desk for someone to show up. The shower water pressure was pathetic, barely a dribble. The coffee urn in the lobby was empty 3 of the 5 times I went to use it. The TV volume control did not work. I don't know if this was intentional. Towels were worn, some with holes in them. On the plus side. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Though dingy looking, everything...

“Shower only had hot water and the AC didn't work. Maintenance said they fixed it but the did not. Left one night early because it was unbearable.”
