“Arrived late, lobby smelled like a dirty wet mop was used. HORRIBLE! Elevator smelled like fish. Our room smelled like mildew. I went to the front desk & ask for some air freshener. Was told he would have to come spray our room. He did, by the second day room started smelling a little better. Some mold in it. He said a guest had a dog & they gave it treats in the elevator, that was the smell! Blood on the side of our mattress.😬”

“The property and room were very clean. The room was very spacious. Has a full kitchen where you can cook if you’d like. The room seemed quiet. We didn’t hear neighbors at all throughout the night. Would stay here again!”

“Our first room was loaded with German cockroaches. The front desk moved us immediately and apologize profusely second room was good.”

“Terrible bed, very small basic room. Hooks for clothes etc. and no closet. It seemed full of people in the occult. Noisy and people knocking on the walls. Very dark.”

“In listing .pool was included . But on this day . Wednesday. Wen I checked in .. he stated that pool wasn't available til Thursday .. and Thursday came and nothing .. I was very upset . I stayed because it was 5 minutes walk to my daughters .. but I had came from another hotel wit pool and free breakfast .. so I was upset .. and wifi didn't work either . I will not b recommending oyo .”

“First of all checking in was outside at a walk up window instead of an inside check in. First time opening the room little roaches ran everywhere. After getting my stuff loaded into the room I noticed there was no refrigerator so I got the ice bucket to fetch some ice and the ice machine was broken. some other guests stated that the ice machine has been broken for months. After going to bed I woke up with something crawling in my hair so I jumped out of bed and there was roaches all over the...
