“Great spot easy in and out of town”

“The room was dirty, I found hair in my bed. When I went to take a shower I saw several bugs climb out of the wall.”

“The service was exceptional, room was amazing and very clean. Property is stunning and the spa was lovely. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious too. I highly recommend for a getaway!”

“Rooms were cleans . Staff were nice . 1915 restaurant was beautiful and the food was good. Only complaint is that the pool Is open to the public as well .”

“The room was VERY damp and mildew smelling and can definitely use some updating. There are cobwebs under the AC unit, rust stains in the shower, pink mold stains on the shower curtain and no stopper in the sink so anything can fall in. First time in the area for West Point Academy, although the price point was fair I can see why it’s less expensive. Will not be returning in the future.”

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”

“Scelto come tappa intermedia nella discesa tra Niagara e New York, anche per la vicinanza al gigantesco (e conveniente rispetto ai prezzi italiani…) outlet di Woodbory Common. Reception deprimente. Due palazzine a piano singoli e una palazzina a due piani. Tipico da serie telefilm 😅… Colazione pessima … Personale che si dà fare con quel che ha.”

“This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least.”

“My room was very comfortable, and very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. All the ladies at the front desk was so helpful and very kind.They even helped me find a good restaurant to go eat with my family. If I find myself that area again, I will certainly make a reservation at the hotel. I live in Florida.”
