“The location was perfect! The fact there was AC during a heatwave was an added bonus. Definitely upgrade to the breakfast buffet: well worth it!”

“I booked this place because we desperately needed somewhere to stay for easy travel to Wembley. I was a bit uncertain about the reviews but honestly this place is fine. It's not incredible, but the staff were genuinely really nice and friendly, it's an easy 5-10 min walk from the train station, the rooms are run down and not that aesthetically pleasing but we found the bed wasn't too bad, and it was clean. Noise carries between rooms but even though the hotel was full we got good sleep. It felt...

“Nice apartment for three people. Sofa bed really helped us. Well presented with off road parking and nearby shops/takeway. Good communication with landlord. We used this for access to LHR which is only 30 minutes away.”

“Room was in a loft, VERY hot and stuffy. Asked for a fam or something, was not available. The bed was on wheels on hard floor, so kept moving throughout the night. VERY uncomfortable sleep. Bathroom had dark brown and purple marks on the mirror and hair on the floor. They have a pool table downstairs, but you have to pay £5 per hour for. They have a coffee sign outside, but no coffee. Would not stay here again, disappointing.”

“Room was very small and quite dirty, sheets didn’t look that clean. Shower didn’t work very well. For an emergency stay it’s fine but otherwise I’d suggest looking elsewhere. It’s a pub rather than a hotel and parking is a bit dodgy. Wouldn’t stay there again”

“Nice modern rooms with AC and a comfortable bed, toiletries could do with an upgrade. Good food available at the pub. Nice breakfast, but it would be nice to be able to order a cappuccino.”

“The property is very clean, beautiful and well refurbished and right in the heart of Marlow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself (breakfast) was a bit poor but OK. We didn't have any hot water to take a shower unfortunately but stayed only 1 night anyway. The room itself which was the only one available during booking was very very snug and air circulation at night made a bit stuffy but we would visit again , hopefully get a bigger room and hot water.”

“New hotel - nice, clean, newly and tastefully decorated, great location in the middle of Henley-on-Thames, not far from the river. Good breakfast and dinner. Very nice external seating area with retractable roof and TVs to watch sport (world cup was on). Other good restaurants, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s Local nearby. Still need to fix some teething problems - coffee pods and machine provided weren’t matched, no air conditioning in the room (we stayed during a heat wave - electric fan kindly...
