Personale eccellente
Splendido Hotel, Spa con piscina interna completa di tutto. Il plus è il servizio: eccellente. Tutto il personale è cordiale e premuroso. Ho avuto anche un upgrade gratuito della camera in quanto membro gold di hotels.com, bottiglia di vino e credito per il parcheggio, ma, non avendo auto, non ho potuto usufruire del benefit che purtroppo non è stato commutato in altro. Colazione perfetta con personale di sala e chef (Lorenzo) gentilissimi.

Il Corinthia è uno splendido hotel, situato in posizione comodissima per raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni della città. La struttura è meravigliosa esternamente e lo è altrettanto negli interni. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata è ampia, completa di ogni comfort ed accuratamente pulita. Il letto è comodissimo ed il bagno è dotato sia di vasca che di doccia. Inoltre, ogni giorno, viene fornita una bottiglia di acqua per la notte. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e gentilissimo, addirittura, al nostro arrivo, ci sono stati offerti dei gustosi dolcetti di benvenuto. Se avrò occasione di tornare a Budapest, sceglierò nuovamente il Corinthia Hotel, che consiglio con piacere a tutti coloro che vorranno soggiornare in questa favolosa città.

The hotel located 25 minutes walk from the city centre. The facility is great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They have problem with the air condition in the rooms. After we let the staff know they sent engineer to look and change our room but the problem looks like in all rooms. Temperature around 23 centigrade which is so hot.

I came thinking on the branch they have in London, a fantastic hotel. This one is good, nice beds, good location, a great restaurant ( Caviar & Bull ), but a much lower level of the London one. It’s a good quality price ratio though. Decoration little bit depressing because of the lack of light, specially in the room.

It is a well located hotel although, the surrounding area can be noisy during the evening/night hours. It has a good spa. The room was okay although the furniture could be updated. Also, the bathtub and sink needs work as the stopper didn't work so the water stayed in the sink or in the bathtub. In sum, the hotel is overrated.

Good location. Friendly staff. The room #4104 was outlooking the atrium inside the hotel. It was quiet, but no fresh air, AC was not working properly, carpet in the room was outdated, stained. Floor in the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Breakfast was great. The hotel was overall very beautiful and clean. Great location, walkable to any point of interests.

Great location near main shopping street-Andrassy Street. Numerous restaurants nearby. Very walkable. Hotel spa is fantastic. Entire staff was excellent.

I stayed here with my partner from April 3rd to April 6th 2024 and loved it. The building is a beautifully maintained complex with excellent facilities such as the Royal Spa, concierge, bar and restaurant. When you look around you can see how well maintained it is and how lovely it is, but it’s the service you receive that matches the experience. Me and my partner were made to feel special for me and our special occasions during our stay from the bell boy (Forgot his name!) to Adam who checked us in. We were both really pleased and impressed from the exceptional, friendly and professional service from the likes of: Beka (Reception team?) Herman, Lorenzo & Vivien (Breakfast team) Ilkin (Le Bar) Adam (Reception) Ernese, Dominika (Royal Spa) Krisztina, Zsombor, Dominik (Concierge) Dorina (Reservations) And Eric Pere, the general manager. We hope to come back again to experience the service as we were spoilt by the people above! We thank the Corinthia Budapest team for their work and service.

Not really a five star Very dated and vast Staff couldn’t really care less Had to ask several times before tea bags etc replenished in the room Large holding deposit on credit card which panicked me as it didn’t say Corinthia ( just “front Office” ) though it remained pending on my account I kept suspecting fraud on my credit card as didn’t have a clue and let my Bank know but eventually discovered it was them -hadn’t been told on check in and no apology from Managers! though reception staff member did apologise I expected better

Amazing stay - clean and quiet room, lovely staff always smiling and helpful. Asked for extra hangers in our room and they provided straight away. Very comfy bed, powerful shower. Team right next to the hotel but also walkable to main attractions and metro/other trams if not. Cant fault it.

This is a beautiful hotel that feels like a very tranquil base in a lovely city. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them, a particular thank you to Peter (manager) who made a special birthday memorable and also to the bar staff who make a fantastic cocktail. The reception and common areas are stunning and airy, although I did feel the room, while fine, was not at the same standard. I would throughly recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's gorgeous and within walking distance of most places you'd want to visit. The breakfast is amazing and the facilities are beautiful.
