“In a sea of ordinary or rubber stamp hotels, The Curtiss stands out as superb. Walking in the door you can tell this place is special, from the view of the bar to the soft, stylish music, not to mention the decor. The staff is really nice and the place is immaculate. All accommodations are top notch from the curated room decor to the bidet and shower. Nothing here is ordinary and it will make you feel special just being here!”

“Continental breakfast better than most places, but go early because options are not replenished. Staff including valet, front desk, restaurant can be more polished. Just a little rough in their approach and interaction. Hot Springs was a great! Highly recommend. ”

“This place was fabulous. We stayed in The Madison and it was beautiful, cozy and chic. Would absolutely stay again. Very reasonable price for the area. If you are someone who needs a front desk and lots of attention to check-in/out, you won't get it here. Instead everything is done electronically which suits me fine, it's very efficient and they know what they're doing. If you need anything, you can call or text the manager and they are very responsive. They email and/or text you your codes...

“I'm glad I went here. I arrived at the bus station and took the 8 bus and walked. The employees were friendly. It opened three months ago. It's like 23000 sq ft and a lot of stairs since I was on the 3rd floor. It came w breakfast. My mattress was comfy and they gave me a robe. I would go back, but with less luggage since the stairs are hard w luggage. It was $3 to use washer and dryer.”

“Struttura decadente. Appena si entra si è invasi da profumo eccessivamente forte per camuffare male odore di cucina del bar accanto all’hotel. L’albergo da l’idea di una struttura fantasma…anche il diner nell’hotel non è utilizzabile in attesa che qualcuno rilevi la gestione. Stanza abbastanza pulita ma letto e cuscini scomodi. L’hotel non dispone di parcheggio quindi occorre parcheggiare nei dintorni. Nel complesso discreto ma senza pretese ”

“In un bel quartiere, struttura ricavata da un edificio storico finemente ristrutturato. Molto elegante. Pulizia perfetta, parcheggio privato (con supplemento). Colazione ottima. Le poche criticità, manca l’ascensore e non è comodo portare le valigie al piano superiore. Alcune stanze hanno bagno privato all’esterno della stanza, altre all’interno. Per noi, esperienza molto positiva.”
