Rooms were cleaned well each day and even late afternoon/evening after we requested as we stayed in late. Only slight downside is that security will sleep and lock the front main gate so if you're coming back after midnight then be aware. When I extended for two days, they threatened to move me unless I paid extra for a tiny balcony even though it looked identical in the picture when I booked so I chose to let them move me. “We wanted a stay away from the crowds in Saigon. This was perfect. The resort has a lot of options for dining and activities. They had a nice spa and 2 pools as well as a lake.
