“Perfect hotel with great, friendly staff. The only shortcoming is that it's not in the center and it's a bit hard to find. Hotel is located 2 blocks away from a mosque, which at 3 in the morning blasts their obnoxious, annoying call to prayer, even though Burundi is not a Muslim country, per se.”

“Roca Golf hotel is in a lovely location but it is poor value for money. Perhaps they rely too much on people being close to the golf course. Anyway, the pool water is too opaque and I could not swim in it, but I chose Roca because of its pool and location. Either the chemicals used to clean it are not the best because the water is almost milky white. And prices at the hotel are exorbitant. I paid US$8.33 for a single, small scoop of ice-cream. “This was such an amazing find right in the city center. Comfortable bed, comfortable pillow, nice bathroom, looks like the place was recently renovated inside. Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. And really good value for the price.”
