“Had a non smoking reserved and didn't get it. The carpet was so dirty we didn't want to go without our shoes.”

“Bedroom was clean but had multiple spiders in it. Bed had black stains and signs of bedbugs. Shower worked but shower head was messing screws and was barely attached to the well. Towel rack came off the wall by me just picking the towel off of it. Inside pool was closed and couldn’t use it at all. Check in time came and our room wasn’t ready for 3 hours after check in due to washing machine break so no towels, blankets, or sheets.
