“The owners were very helpful, the tv wasn’t working in my room and the owner tried to get it to work and couldn’t so he just got a new tv and brought in the room. Room was clean!”

“This is a really great location and a very quaint property. The only issue that I had was that the wifi was too weak to connect to so I needed to use my hot spot. The AC didn't cool the room until the middle of the night either. In the properties defense though, the day was very heavy humidity from rain, and when I spoke with the front desk they were very thankful for the information and stated they would get the wifi corrected. I would stay again if in the area”

“Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Stayed here for Welcome to Rockville. Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department. Multiple cockroaches in our room, stains on our bed sheets, flies buzzing around our lights, floors so dirty you can’t walk from the bathroom to the bed without your feet turning black, mold on mini fridge, and our door doesn’t even close all the way. “Our room was very clean, and well appointed. The courtyard was welcoming and comfortable. The mattress left a lot to be desired, but some people prefer a very soft mattress, and others will not. The little spot across A1A was a nice touch.”
