“Clean and new would recommend”

“I really enjoyed Tracy in the restaurant. She was so very fun to talk to and was excellent at her job. She's a hard worker with a wonderful attitude. All of the staff was kind and always offered us help, even our in the parking lot. A young man was on his way in in the morning and hadn't even clocked in yet and he asked me if I needed help with my bags. Everyone was very kind. I so appreciated it. It made my stay so enjoyable.”

“All aspects of the property - from the lobby to our suite - were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly sky and helpful, even in the face of some very demanding guests! Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, as kids tend to do. The gym was also nice, although we don’t use it very much - we were too busy exploring areas outside the hotel! (Note - The hotel’s location is a perfect base for exploring all parts of northwest Michigan, from Sleeping Bear Dunes to Downtown Traverse City to...

“When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up.”

“Very disappointed. There were four of us staying in the room and they only gave us three towels. When we called the desk to see about getting more, nobody ever answered. We physically went down to the desk on two different days and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd be a "minimum of five minutes"... We waited for a bit then left. Had to grab towels from the pool area. The shower door didn't close so it leaked (you could tell this was an ongoing issue because they had tried...

“Our room was init in the main building. Dated and in need of upgrading.”

“Very quiet and clean hotel and within walking distance of downtown Traverse City. My only complaint and it’s very minor - there are not enough mirrors in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom. We like a mirror in the room area (not just the bathroom) so others can do hair and makeup when a person is in the bathroom. This is a very nice hotel and the breakfast is nice. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Outstanding unit. Immaculate and beautifully appointed with a kitchen, a full size stove and refrigerator including a dishwasher. A little learning curve checking in virtually. Thank goodness for the outdoor outlets as my phone died while trying to check in. I highly recommend the property.”
