“Friendly check in, the cable t.v. wasn't working in my room and they came up immediately to fix it. The only down side was the amount of ice and slush in the parking lot. It was really slippery and it would be great if they would have a plow clear it out.”

The first room assigned me, when I turned bathroom light on, there was a large cockroach in the bathtub. There were 2 more on the dresser by the TV, and a 4 th behind the toilet. “Loved this hotel for proximity to the airport/ mall but still in a suburban area with nice eating options nearby. Staff very friendly, facilities wonderful with gym, hot tub and large beautifully decorated lobby for Christmas. Free shuttle to airport and mall was very appreciated. Coffee every morning available in the lobby with the flavored creamers (i do care about the little things like this). The bathroom was very nice and shower head felt amazing. Will definitely use this hotel again when...

“I was pleasantly surprised, rented two rooms, and both were above average. I think a family has recently purchased this location, they seem to be doing upgrades on the rooms, what I like the most was the staff were all friendly and you had the feel that they liked working there!”
