“Attentive and friendly staff! Room was very clean and tidy, quiet at night. Close by food and a great brunch spot (Ruby Slipper) in walking distance. Rooftop pool is a vibe, bar is located a few feet away. Beach is only a 5 minute drive across the street. Property is secluded with a security checkpoint they only allow you in with a pass. ”

“Very clean hotel with nice staff. The water pressure in the shower was great, wonderful balcony view. Lots of close shopping and restaurants. There is an on-site café that has Starbucks coffee, and different meal options. Personally I would have preferred if it opened a little earlier and kept longer, consistent hours. Ultimately, definitely a great hotel with reasonable rates, I feel i got a good deal in a very pristine area, during Spring break to top it off.”

“Booked this place last minute. I had a great stay! The hotel offers excellent amenities — every bathroom was stocked with soap and other essentials. Though, bathroom could’ve been cleaner in my option, water splashes on the floor and a bit dusty. There’s complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7. The entertainment area was spacious, comfortable lounge with plenty of seating and a pool table that brought a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive — a special shoutout...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff really made it fun and they were so professional. People were very kind to us and we love Zackary, our aValet and Alex, the front desk host who checked us in. The breakfast was awesome and staff were pleasant. The bedding was comfortable and we loved our view of the beach and pool. We will be back!!!”

“A lot of things were broken. The toilet was coming off its hinges. There was no towel rack on the back door. It was hanging off, all of the hardware seemed to be broken. There were crumbs on the floor and it hadn’t been swept or mopped. The floors were oily.”

“I'm reading the room at 2 star because although I booked a smoking room accidentally, didn't notice that when booking and I'm not a smoker, there were some damages to walls, lamps, and broken tile on the bathroom floor. Night service was very "I don't care" attitude. Day service was better and all the day staff were friendly. As for the location, I booked only for a day, the beach was essentially across the street in the "backyard" of another hotel. If you ask nicely, they might let you walk...
