“I did’t like having a room next to the laundry room. We stay there often and we didn’t like hearing the machines run.”

“Nasty. We walked in and our room smelled horrible, had mold all over the walls, and hair all over the bed. The staff was rude when we asked for a refund and ended up disputing it with Expedia. Avoid this dump, rooms are clearly never cleaned.”

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. “Very clean exactly what I was looking for”

“The sofa in our suite was very dirty with stains and surface dirt on the arms. It was a holiday weekend. Rooms were sold out. Housekeeping was busy. We were there for 5 nights. Our trash was emptied twice. Our bed was made once. To be fair, on 2 days, I accepted fresh towels at the door when housekeeping knocked.
