“The entire vibe of this place is top notch. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were fantastic. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Everything was great except the roof top bar bartender. Took forever to get our drink. I understand that she was lacking some of the ingredients but she never apologized for the wait and why it was taking so long for our drink. Just could’ve done a better job with communication and she obviously needed help with all the people at the bar at the time. Pretty cool roof top bar outside.”

“The property is run down and very much in need of major updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was literally peeling off of the walls. One set of elevators completely out of order. The pool area was not well kept and surrounding landscaping neglected. The hot water in the shower was tepid at best. We were extremely disappointed in the appearance of the property as compared to the pictures online.”

From the moment we arrived, the property smelled fresh, clean, and welcoming. The room and bed were absolutely immaculate — honestly felt as if the hotel had just opened. Everything was pristine and beautifully maintained. What truly stood out was the level of service. Housekeeping came daily without us even having to call — changing trash, refreshing...
