We had what looked like smeared blood on the curtains, walls and bathrooms were all dirty. Requested a roll away bed and was told the chair pulled out. After several attempts to pull it out requested help. They came and said o that doesn’t pull out. We left to get dinner and they said our rooms would be cleaned once we returned. “The front desk staff was extremely friendly when we check-in. The staff member recognized we had a teenager and suggested a room with bedroom doors. We accepted the upgrade that was offered. The room was an apartment type with a full kitchen. The cleaning staff was very friendly, polite and ensured we had clean towels and trash removed. Our stay was above our expectations. We will stay there again.”
