Lakefront PENISOLA casa - unico nel suo genere Spot! Dock privato, animali domestici

Bella LAKEFRONT, 2 acri + 800 piedi di lunghezza x 30 piedi di larghezza proprietà penisola sul lago Watauga. Un lato della penisola è una piccola insenatura in stile laguna, l'altro lato è l'acqua aperta con vista mozzafiato. Sugar Hollow Point è uno dei migliori e più singolari proprietà sul lago. Non puoi avvicinarti molto di più all'acqua!

-Godetevi Una serata grigliate fuori, seduto al falò con s'mores e guardando le ampie vedute di acqua su entrambi i lati della penisola o rilassarsi e fare un pisolino sull'amaca; questa proprietà è un paradiso. Vi è anche la vostra isola privata di esplorare al di là del pozzo del fuoco.
È possibile guardare i vostri bambini nuotare nella laguna da avvolgere intorno patio.
Alcuni dei migliori punti di pesca sono vicini barca per-- al vicino fiume Elk o pesce da soli penisola isolata e l'isola (il pescatore locale chiamare la punta dell'isola "il posto migliore pesca sul lago). Sciatori e wakeboarders ameranno l'acqua OMOGENEA su Watauga lago proprio dietro all'angolo della penisola.
È inoltre possibile godere di un giro in kayak tranquilla sulle nostre due kayak. Boat & affitti Paddleboard sono disponibili presso i porti turistici locali, oppure è possibile utilizzare la nostra barca rampa di lancio per lanciare il proprio.

Sugar Hollow Point è anche una breve vacanza senza problemi - ascoltare la musica, la libertà, e la famiglia.

La casa è facilmente accessibile e facile da raggiungere da 321! No ripida strada privata! No 4 ruote motrici necessario!

MAI STATO AL LAGO DI WATAUGA?
Watauga Lake è un bellissimo e pulito lago da diporto (3 ° più pulite del paese) si trova nella foresta Cherokee National con 105 miglia di costa. Più della metà del lago è montagnosa foresta nazionale e non può essere sviluppato, per cui il suo davvero naturalmente bella e non impazzire sovrappopolato con le barche. Questa perla nascosta è conosciuto per essere uno dei laghi più belli della costa orientale. Watauga lago è grande per la nautica, jet-ski, tubi, sci / wakeboard, pesca, nuoto, kayak, ecc
A valle della diga è una zona molto popolare rafting come la maggior parte delle aziende locali in TN e NC portare i loro clienti qui. L'escursionismo è anche molto popolare come il sentiero Appalachain e un paio di piccole cascate trovano nelle vicinanze. Questa struttura è anche vicino alle attrazioni di Boone, Banner Elk e Blowing Rock, Carolina del Nord e anche le attrazioni di TN orientale.
Abbiamo grandi estati assolate senza zanzare e bei colori autunnali quando le foglie cambiano. Nel periodo invernale, lo sci è una scelta popolare nella vicina Zucchero e Beech Mountain. Si tratta di una montagna e lago fuga spettacolare.

The property is a unique retreat right on the lake with a private boat dock available for our rental. It was perfect for our needs. We had a glorious time, even making smores over an outdoor fire. The property owner/manager went above and beyond to communicate with us. We did not lack for any information and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would certainly recommend this quiet property to enjoy the beautiful Watauga Lake and area.

The property is beautiful but some very steep hills. I wish there was a bit more level land. It appeared to be like a beach with sand in pictures but really couldn't enjoy it like that because of being steep and slick like clay. My husband had recently had knee surgery so we were very cautious with him. We loved having access to kayaks and water mat. The house was very nice. Seating areas are nice as well. It would have been wonderful to have a view of the lake to the left off from the back side of the awesome covered deck. It was not used at all because there wasn't much of a view from there anymore. Possible cut some trees back for a bit of a view. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed making family memories. Thank you very much.

The house is in really good shape and very clean. There were a lot of useful things in the house like wood, cleaning essentials, games, automatic vacuum cleaners and kitchen supplies. Everything was perfect.

Very private location. No immediate neighbors. Only the birds for noise (saw my 1st Green Heron). N & W water views of small cove and Elk River. Comfortable, well-furnished home. Spent many mornings on porch rocking chairs watching the morning mist burn off the hills and lake water. Good unpaved neighborhood roads for taking daily walks. Stayed 1 month (Sept) and enjoyed all of it.

The location of this property was exactly what we were looking for! Private, short distance to the water from the house, great views. The house was well equipped and the double refrigerator was key since there are not many restaurants close by. The lake is so beautiful, we rented a boat for the week and explored everyday and there were no crowds. We were totally comfortable while the kids were tubing and not concerned of other boaters. Just a fantastic time overall!

Great property with wonderful water views and access. Tons of fish around the dock and boat access area. We also enjoyed not having a lot of other houses around, so the cove was very peaceful. Would definitely visit here again. Take saltine crackers to feed the blue gill at the dock, they will eat for hours.

The property was perfect for all ages in our family (13-80). The porch, the yard and the dock are all relaxing spots for sitting and watching the lake. The cove is peaceful and safe to play/swim in the water with minimal boat traffic. After using the kayaks for a couple of days, we rented a boat for a day from Fish Springs Marina which was close by on land and water. The house was well appointed. As mentioned in the description, the Wi-Fi/internet is patchy but the adults did not mind! We will be back!

Best lake access lot of any home we’ve ever stayed in on Watauga Lake. The dock and kayaks, along with the provided vests, made exploring the lake incredibly easy. Home is a beautiful combination of rustic mountain cabin with modern upgrades. Lot has great privacy and views and the fire pit affords views of the lake on both sides of the peninsula. The whole family and our dogs had an awesome time. It was a great get away!

Very peaceful and quiet area on Watauga Lake. Very comfortable home with plenty of space for people and great that it is pet friendly. Watauga Lake is beautiful and highly recommend renting a pontoon for a day - quite affordable. Lots of outdoor space on deck and easy swimming & kayaking. Note that location of home is remote - 30 minutes to closest restaurant and closest grocery store in Elizabethton so plan accordingly.

Fun for the whole family… furry friends included! We had a great time utilizing the outdoor space with trying our hand at fishing, roasting s’mores and painting rocks/hiding them for future guests! Very clean and great open concept main floor for everyone to be in one place together. Loved the beds! So comfortable!

This property is absolutely magical! We stayed for an extended weekend leading in to, and through the New Year and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The home itself was clean and inviting.. We traveled with our 2 dogs and they enjoyed exploring the property. The fire pit was used for evening smores as the sun set behind the mountainside. The history of Watuga lake was not lost on us... (Google and you'll be just as engraved as we were). The local hiking in the area is absolutely breathtaking! We had a new place to hike almost every single day... Waterfalls galore! We look forward to coming back during the summer months and enjoying some of the amenities that the lake has to offer.. Don't hesitate this place is a hidden gem!

Our stay at the Lakefront Peninsula house was fantastic. Its private and secluded location provided for a fantastic retreat with friend and family to celebrate my birthday. A little off the beaten path but that definitely lent to the sense of adventure. Just a short drive to nearby towns for necessities and also close to the Cherokee National Forest and Appalachian Trail for hiking opportunities. We certainly got plenty of use out of the fire pit...we enjoyed sitting by the fire and roasting marshmallows nearly every evening. The views of the lake and nearby mountain ranges were very picturesque. We would definitely return.

We had a great stay at Sugar Hollow! We spent Thanksgiving weekend there with our boys (ages 19 and 21) and we had tons of room, lots of towels, kitchen was well stocked with supplies and you can’t beat the view. The location on the lake was awesome. Host was very responsive as well.
