“Staff is exceptional, but the rooms, especially AC units, are very old and didn’t function well for us. Still, the location is perfect. ”

“Definitely will not be returning to this hotel. Where to begin, first they couldn’t find my reservation after 4 hrs they finally realized they needed to follow some link. Didn’t even apologize just oh we messed up. Room smelled like old stale water. There was no tp. Only 1 towel. Bed sheets were stained. ”

“The toilet didn’t flush. Had to change rooms. The breakfast was only bread, coffee, orange juice, honey bun. Nothing else. Had a hard time getting clean towels ”

“Overall we really enjoyed this property. I was disappointed that even with calling days ahead and asking at check in as well, they would not allow us to have rooms near our other members of our party. I was also given a room in which I felt like I was rooming in the elevator. I had to listen to the dinging of the elevator the whole trip. Made it so I didn't sleep well at all! ”

“This room was like a cool little studio apartment. The air conditioner was great because I feel like sometimes it's limited by the property but it let me set it as cold as I wanted to.”

“ Property is quiet and rooms are semi sound resistent. Staff was friendly and kind. However property wouldnt allow extended online booking. Was charged for early check in. So we lost out on our one key cash that was supposed to save us for the booking. ”
