The stay is located in an older run down "hood" area that is currently receiving upgrades. But the house is on a dead end street, and the area didn't seem unsafe by any means. “Perfect little get away spot, serene, peaceful, great views and private. Loved the fire pit where we enjoyed the night and roasted marshmallows, relaxing hammock, the grill and boat dock. Did not get a chance to use the hot tub. Property and home are well kept, and clean (and my standards are very high). Had all the amenities we needed. Check in was easy, host was communicative, responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves passing through the area.”

“The inside of the property was very clean and nice! The neighborhood doesn’t look like a great area. The outside of the townhomes look in need of repair but we did not have any problems with anyone and it was pretty quiet. The driveway is a 1 vehicle driveway and on a very steep slope. We had a little issue with the stove not working right at first but it eventually did and we didn’t have any more issues with it from then on. They were going to send maintenance out but it started working before...

“This was a clean and updated property with plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the communication with the host was excellent!”

“We got in late and had trouble checking in. Thankfully, Chris responded just as we were about to give up. Despite my crabby attitude after a very long day of driving, he was apologetic and kind after waking him up in the middle of the night and we were able to get in. The place was nice and it was great to have a fenced in yard for the dogs.”
