“It was clean and the morning staff were friendly and accommodating. The night staff were not helpful. The TV in the room didn’t work and no one came to fix it as promised.”

“Could not close the curtains so we got light on the room all the time. Had to use a trash back to cover the light. The shower fauce would not close complete so it dripped all the time. Good location lots of stores and a mall.”

“They have no one available to speak to who can give a refund if one has to cancel or even wants to ask about it. Both I and Expedia tried to reach someone but they have no one who responds. Lost two nights stay when at least they should have refunded the second night when I had to cancel due to medical illness. Oh well, they will never see my business again.”

“Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...
