“Pool area was nice, the rooms could definitely use a deep clean. It did not smell fresh or clean. Definitely showing its age, can use a reservation. Convenient location for the airport. ”

“Hotel is located in a good area with a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall it’s a pretty good hotel, but be aware Sonesta charges a daily parking fee, has a limited cable TV package, does not have a restaurant, and does not makeup room during your stay unless you specifically request it.”

“AC unit emitted moldy musty smell. Couldn’t open window because of heat outside. Floor was filthy, my feet were brown after getting out of shower and heading to bed. I had to ask them to mop the floor, but they didn’t do an adequate job. TV absolute basic channels, constantly blinking out. ”

Needed towels and sheets for the pull out bed, but front staff was the only one working, so we have to go to the front desk. Room was average clean. Bathroom was less then average. Tub was gross. Was woke up at 6am with pounding on the wall and yelling from another guest in the room next to us, called the front, they...

“The doors closed loudly and I’m a light sleeper so if anyone came or went I’d wake up to the sharp sound of the door slamming shut. But otherwise very normal and comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and soft. ”

“Very clean rooms! Loved the breakfast and evening food. I also loved that they have a restaurant that’s open until midnight. I had medical scans one day, came to room after being at MD Anderson all day, fell asleep, had no energy to go out for dinner, I remembered they had the restaurant! What I ordered was delicious and fresh and the lady at bar was amazing! Will definitely book here again, when scan time comes around 💜”

“Breakfast was poor at best. Room was ok but poorly appointed. Five guests in our suite and repeatedly only had 3 towels and had to request more. Workout facility was 82+ degrees and no efforts were made to cool it down. ”

“I was just there for overnight but loved the stay. Room was spacious and with kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Plus cups and plates. Very clean and nicely arranged. Breakfast was very well arranged and plenty of options. Absolutely love this hotel so far. ”
