“Worst hotel experience EVER. My room was changed 3 times. First room was not the remodel room I booked, they switched my room but was unable to give me a king suite that I booked. My 2nd room was a 2 queen suite and it smelled like OLD URINE! I told the front desk and they placed me in my 3rd room which had mold in the showers, broken plug ports, sink did not drain, and dirty walls. I then just asked for a refund and to cancel.
