“Had a corner room with walk around balcony with a view. Only small inconvenience was no ice machine on the floor. Good security in that it requires a room key to go up in the elevator. Be sure to have a room key anytime you walk out. ”

“The ambience is very nice. Although we had trouble checking in because the check-in receptionist told us we did not have a room even though we had reserved three days prior to check in on Saturday.we were told reservations were first come first serve, which does not make sense when I paid in full For a room informed a manager and then had to go back to the front desk and argue for a couple minutes and then all of a sudden I had a room ready not sure what that was about ”

“We've stayed at this hotel a few different times. It's very convenient to walk to the festival area we attend every year as well as the Marti Gras parades. The elevators are slow during busy times and we just take the stairs instead. It has a restaurant and bar, but we haven't ever ate or bought any drinks from either of them as of yet. ”
