Hotel a Caddo Valley

“This was the cleanest hotel. The staff is very polite. Cheap rates. Wish they had breakfast, but the coffee is great!😃”

“Not a huge deal, but I tried to check in around 3:15, but my room wasn’t available until around 4:15. Staff was courteous and friendly, but kind of odd they would give me room keys while the room was still being cleaned. Not a terrible experience, but probably wouldn’t choose to stay there again.”

“The gentle man at the front desk was absolutely so very kind! He went above and beyond!! We did get a smoking room,(Only available )so the room obviously smelled like smoke from the time when walked in and of course it was all over the bedding. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. It’s not the best area but I would stay again. Hope this helps”

“We were welcomed in at the front desk and our room was all ready for us, clean and tidy. We had a good night’s sleep. There was a keurig coffee maker in the room, which was great as we are early risers. There was a great breakfast with a helpful and busy attendant. This hotel went the extra distance, placing Easter eggs around the lobby for guests to find… very sweet! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area! Thank you!”

“The motel gave our room to someone else the second night of my stay. We woke up to someone trying to get into our room in the middle of the night. A very large picture was not secured to our wall, hanging over the bed. They said they would fix it and they never did. ”

“Room looked clean, bathroom dirty, staff only came after you hit a button on the desk or just talked to you through a specker. Won't go back ever”

“Hotel was ok, but a little run down. Check in staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, but bathroom tub didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was poor. Only waffle maker, cereal, breads, and biscuits with white gravy. The syrup for the waffles wasn’t refilled, so waffles weren’t even worth it. Fine if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, but don’t expect much more.”

“This place is a complete dump. From the moment I entered the parking and seeing dead plants and furniture piled up to the right, I knew it wasn’t going to be good. Room was outdated and furniture was damaged. It took over 10 minutes for water to get hot in the shower. Toilet ran and fridge was loud. Linens were stained. Screen on slider was torn and falling apart. The next morning, I left for an appointment and housekeeping asked if I was leaving. I said yes and that my room could be...

“Nothing good at all. There was bedbugs there. I checked out after staying there for 30 minutes. ”
