“Property was even better than I expected. The host was very nice. Home was very clean and had plenty of extras that might be needed. Yard is big and beautiful with an easy, gentle slope to the dock. We loved having a private swimming area off the dock, it was better than the public beaches we went to. It couldn't have been any more perfect for our family. Home was easy to find, close to LBL and a store right down the road. Honestly, this was the best vacation house we've ever stayed in because...

“We were very happy with our stay. The host was very communicative and efficient when we had questions. The instructions to find the home were clear, and the home was well-stocked with basic supplies. The water was a bit shallow for swimming (only 5 feet or so deep), which was a bit of a bummer. Lovely place to sit on the porch and relax.”

Found more mouse poop the next day and no help with that. House had a few simple maintenance issues other than the mice that would be easy to fix. If somebody cared. “We’d loved our time here! It is set back in a cove within a cove and was just beautiful and quiet! Saw a lot of wildlife every day. Our family loves the water, so all of the extra “toys” they had were enjoyed all week—we would take the kayaks and pedal boat and fish the shoreline on the other side. I personally loved the swing on the dock—everyone knew where to find Nana! We didn’t have a lot of luck fishing off of the dock, but we know that can be hit or miss from year to year. We did...
