This is a traditional japanese hotel...witg futons and communal bathing area which was fun to experience. Snow monkeys were fun to see.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location was fab. Place definitely gives vintage vibes and nostalgic feels but we felt very comfortable nonetheless. “Was a great stay at this great little inn. It may be a bit different than what most western guest expect to find, but I went for the Ryokan experience and was not disappointed. “The gentleman who runs the place is very nice and accommodating. There was hot water and tea waiting for us in our room, which was a delicious, unexpected treat. The bathroom / shower are small, but were clean and served their purposes. The women’s onsen was very relaxing and much needed after a day at the Snow Monkey Park.
