There are strong and unpleasant odors on the floors, which immediately give a sense of poor hygiene. The room is poorly lit, and the so-called shower is not a proper shower but a bathtub, which is uncomfortable and impractical. The spa area is dirty, including the changing rooms, which is unacceptable for...

“The room was dirty, with cigarette butts and ash in the drawers along with dirty takeout bits, the toilet just had cleaning fluid sprayed on top of something gross, there was no tea making facilities in the room, the food seemed to be from a van outside and the cherry on top was being kept awake at 2am by a voilent sounding drunk trying to kick doors in until the police arrived, then being greeted with ripped clothes and blood on the stairs as we left.”
