“Laundry room is locked and broken with no intention of repairing it. Pet parents BEWARE there is broken glass all over the parking lot. Staff didn't empty the trash cans all day Sunday so trash was overflowing and on the ground.”

“It is an old property that needs further refurbishment. We waited five minutes at check in and finally called for service. Office was closed at 8:45am when when departed. We had to leave the key in our room. One bottle of water in the room otherwise no amenities, coffee or tea, refrigerator, bottle opener. I'd expect more for the rate. They did have two wine glasses. Our garden view looked at roofs. If you leaned over you could see umbrellas below. Second floor walk up. The rooms were just old...

“Excellent location and clean room , spacious. There was parking infront of the room. Central location to the St. Helena high street. Central to go for wine tasing and restaurants. Cant fault them at all. The price was reasonable. will def stay again ”

“Rancho Caymus was perfectly located. The rooms were very spacious and impeccably clean. The toiletries provided were also lovely. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Service was excellent. Loved the areas to sit outside. ”

“Beautiful place.. only issue was the TV did not work at all but we were too tired to call and see if someone could fix. Cappacino machine came in CLUTCH and was a highlight for sure! Friendly stag clean grounds.”

“This is an awesome place to stay! I booked a bigger room because I am limping. The room did not disappoint me.! A lot of space to walk around, bed ( king size) is clean and comfortable! 2 choices of pillow- soft and firm. Bathroom is very spacious- complete in amenities. Breakfast is a blast! Lots of choices from omelets, pancake, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, muffins and loaf bread. Staff is very helpful and pleasant! Special shoutout to Cassandra- front desk staff- she is very delightful to talk...

“It's an average place to stay. It's located in aa good area. Park across the street. Luther Burbank Home and Garden across the street the other way. Around the block is the art district and a coffee house. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown. The breakfast sucks so don't even bother. There is a cafe across the street. The rooms are the bare minimum. The staff is very friendly. It's a funky place to stay with a nice garden court if you are tired of corporate motels. ”
