“Le personnel est très accueillant, les installations sont très agréables et les plages sont magnifiques, bien qu'un peu sales, surtout en semaine quand il y a moins de touristes, car elles sont nettoyées le week-end. La connexion internet fonctionne très bien et l'endroit vaut vraiment le détour ; c'est très paisible et agréable. Le seul bémol, c'est le choix assez limité de plats à la carte. Il est donc conseillé d'apporter de quoi cuisiner et préparer ses repas dans sa chambre, car il n'y a...

“Le personnel de l'hôtel est aimable et efficace, les chambres sont belles et les installations sont agréables. Malheureusement, la plage est inaccessible et fermée pour cause de travaux, ce qui n'est pas précisé. Tout est en travaux, et il est impossible de profiter pleinement du séjour. De plus, la nourriture est chère.”

“They were very productive of keeping the customer happy and comfortable. For example, I don’t eat bread, cheese, pork, eggs, cake, etc… I was free to customized my own breakfast every morning. “The Art House Hotel is a nice place to stay when visiting Luanda. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but fine and ensure you get your orders in early for an amazing dinner. Although a hotel, the dining area is set up more communally as it is one big square table so you can meet and chat with other guests. Rooms were clean and beds firm yet comfortable.”

“I took advantage of the Hotel Driver presence at the airport to reach the Hotel, but he did not tell me that the cost was 165 US$ for the 10mn / 8km ride... Then during the stay they tried to poison us with rotten food... Besides that, the room is normal, clean and the staff is nice.”

“The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras. ”
