Hotel vicino a Cambrian Arena - Sudbury

“There was only one “issue”. They have not a really big parking lot in front of the entrance, so I had to park on a different parking lot down by the road. Generally, not a big problem, at least for me. Everything else was as described: clean and professional. Recommended!”

“The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Key cards had to be reprogrammed right after first check-in. Also had to go back down the second day to have them reprogrammed again. Other than keycard issues it was a nice place to stay.”

“The front desk staff were below par. There was no water in one of the rooms i booked and she promised to send it up but never did. The second front desk guy who relieved her in the evening was now asking me to come downstairs to come pick up water. The parking garage is maze to get back in the hotel building. The AC in the room was so loud that it disrupted our sleep. The breakfast was decent.”

“Lovely king suites, very spacious. The desk was helpful for working away from home. The breakfast was quite good with many healthy options (chia pudding, turkey bacon).”

“Great location and value. Better than normal breakfast food. Quiet. Only wrinkles were a roofer on a crane outside our window when we were in the whirlpool- but I managed to close the curtains in time. Also bathroom drain mechanism kept coming off.”

“I was very impressed with how friendly the check staff were. I had a glitch with my reservation, however it was expedias error and it was of course impossible to get a hold of anyone through the contact numbers. The residence staff however went above and beyond and corrected it for me.”

“The parking lot needs repair. The back entrance doors need to be keyed and locked at all times. They are not. The room was very clean. The mini fridge needs the door to open the opposite way for full and easy access. Should just move the fridge.”
