“Great check in experience. Got there before 1pm and my room was ready. The staff ran through all I needed to know about the hotel and virtually took me to my room. The room was clean and comfortable, which had a small kitchenette. Nice to have a Nespresso machine, great touch. I had a great nights sleep in a lovely bed, what more could you want. “Lovely room, although the bathroom smelt a bit damp. The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast 5 stars for the chef and waiting staff. I used the pool which was lovely too, although the floor in the ladies changing room was dirty and a bit slippery. Sauna was nice - would definitely book again.”

“The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel.
