“My Expedia reservation was not honored.”

“This is a newer hotel, so everything is clean and functional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent as it was not near any highway or heavy traffic. Stores and restaurants weren't far away. The only downside was breakfast. It didn't matter how early we went to breakfast as the food was sparse the 3 mornings we were there. One day there were no bread products; the next, no milk for cereal, coffee, etc. Other than that, the hotel is excellent and we would stay there again.”

“We stayed here overnight during a cross country road trip. We chose the property mostly based on location and proximity to our route. It was darling! We chose a double queen room, and it was super spacious and immaculately clean. Communicating with the owners to arrange late check in was easy and effective!”

“The hotel is lovely. The check in process was challenging to say the least. For some reason the funds paid in advance to Expedia weren’t available for the hotel to charge. I was told many times by the front desk to not use Expedia to book rooms. They stated it happens all too often. In this instance I was on the phone with Expedia at 8:30 pm trying to find out why I couldn’t check in to my room after driving for many hours. It took about 45 minutes to get the issue resolved. “This is a "you get what you pay for" property...Fairly inexpensive, but an old, not at all upgraded facility. Had some odors, soap left over on the tub from previous guest, NO coffee. Refrigerator worked well...but strange note to close the bathroom door when using the shower because the steam sets off the fire alarm. Had the fire alarm gone off, the charge was $250 to pay for the fire dep't call. Very strange arrangement. This may be a property you want to avoid.”

“Everything was clean, the rooms kind of smelled funky. The refrigerator wasn't working very well in our room. Other than that everything was fine.”

“The only thing cleanliness I have to complain about is the shower still had soap scum on the base of the shower floor when I stepped in it. I could feel how slick the floor was from. Where either soap scum was left or cleaning agent was left on the floor of the shower. Also, the maintenance man needs to go around, fixing a lot of cracks and caulking that are peeling”

“very fancy looking but flexible. I rode 90 miles from Cincinnati on our bikes and enjoyed a relaxing shower, clean room, and very comfortable bed.”
