“I loved the beautiful house decor and the pool and snooker table. There was plenty of fun for the family. The beach was about 10 minutes away and convenient.”

“Incredible friendly staff. Rooms are clean with cold air. Place is off the main strip and wonderfully quiet and peaceful. You can have anything delivered including motorbike. Well worth the $$. My new happy place!”

“Lovely hotel and really friendly staff. The room was large and fully equipped with fridge, balcony with table and chairs, and a bath as well as a shower. Breakfast was taken at the beach side of the hotel and was very good. The beach was just across the road from the hotel. ”

“7/11ligger rett ved siden av hotellet. Over veien så er du på stranda. 150m til nærmeste spisested. Ikke noe støy fra vei stort rom med sittegruppe på rommet. Safe, AC og kjøleskap på rommet ”

“Yes the room was clean & the staff were incredible in all areas of the hotel . Incredible value . Food was delicious & the beer was cold . Very happy . I always stay here when in Cha-am. It is in a great position in Cha-am.👍😎🍻”

“An older style resort at South Cha-Am. Rooms were as described but very much in need of updating. Lots of green space. Breakfast at the cafe at the resort was abundant. The quiet location and easy access to the beach was a plus. Cost for the standard of the resort was not good value for money. ”

“Nice little hotel not flash but very good close to beach restaurants and night scene staff leave you alone but more than helpful if needed”

“The hotel was great, the staff lovely. I was up-graded to a balcony room over looking the street which sadly was 'either side' lined with small bars and massarge parlors. The noise from one of these small bars was deafening untill the early hours. Following day I changed room to the 'quiet' rear of the hotel. Breakfast searved in the hotels cafe very close by was really good, coffee, fried eggs, sausage, toast, jam and fresh fruit. Thai breakfast was also served.”

“The place to be if you travel With childrens, a lot of activities for them. Good food, beautiful resort but the best point is the personell. Really friendly, smiling and careful, from reception to swimming pool, to kids club till restaurant. Feel like at home , thanks”
