“It is a really beautiful hotel and the room was well-appointed, but it is in serious need of a refresh, and it wasn't the room we booked. We got in very late, and the situation was handled satisfactorily by the next morning, but there was no explanation of how our reserved room ended up given to someone else. Hotel is clean and seems newer. Sofa in our room may be great for sleeping but uncomfortable for sitting.”
