“The cabin was amazing. It was very quiet, we used one kayak and a paddleboard and thoroughly enjoyed the game room. ”

“The little house where we stayed was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were hospitable and friendly, and they made both us and our dogs feel welcome. It was nice to walk around the property and explore a bit. It was a great way to get out of the city.”

“Hubby didn't like how the shower in the master bedroom didn't heat quickly as it should. Hot tub is more like a warm tub, but a GREAT hottub. 2 Bucket seat style areas and 1 that gets your hips real good with the pressure. Really good tub! Heat not super hot tho. The house was almost 90 degrees when we checked in. Itd be nice if it was programmed to be cool if the owner has control over that. BUT that is a big ask lol! I loved the place. “The house was clean. Everything was comfortable. I loved having the ability to set the temperature in every single room. In our case, we had all sisters at different stages of their life so believe me when I say we all want the temperature at a different setting, so it was great. Everything was fully stocked and we were in need of nothing except for groceries. We really loved the backyard and all the cushions being secured in a safe drive place was very nice touch. “The home was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and bedrooms on the lower level was a plus for us. Host was helpful and communication was great.”

“The home was home was well kept. Plenty of large space to gather and for alone time. The only down fall to this place is that the county only allows for 6 person total. So you forced to choose who comes with and who has to stay home. On another plus side it had not perfect but great vehicle access if you have a truck down to river. Save us from having to walk up and down hill. And carrying stuff up and down”

“The home was a nice place for our stay while visiting our son for his graduation from UC Davis. We also wanted to visit lake tahoe while here. The home was clean and located in a quite location. Has a nice view of the hills nearby and we saw deer, rabbits, quail , and plenty of turkeys every day.”

“We had a really nice stay in Pollock Pines. The house was clean with plenty of beds. The kitchen was very large and completely stocked for all our needs. We even made muffins for breakfast! I contacted the host to clarify check in details and directions before we left, and we had no problems. Kathleen gave us very detailed directions, and she always answered my messages promptly. We had a great time visiting with family!”

“Our extended weekend away, was absolutely amazing. Rose was very responsive, and easy to communicate with. Check process went smooth and easy. The kids had a blast playing soccer on the soccer field, enjoyed the swimming and game room. With so much to do for all ages, and personalities, there were no complaints. “Rented this house because I had a wedding to go to in Foresthill. Wow - this is like a treehouse -your view is the forest. The wrap around porch is where you spend most of your time - very tranquil and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you need a getaway to be able to relax. Thank you for a wonderful visit.”

“Everything was great. Nice. Clean. Only tricky thing was the driving directions. This place is tucked away on its own so was a tad hard to find the first time.”

“Our stay was very nice. Phil and Angela were helpful and accommodating. The house was spacious and inviting with a fantastic dining room and kitchen. The backyard was such a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee and stay cool on a hot afternoon. Internet was spotty, we were unable to connect the tv to our streaming service but there was a selection of DVDs, so we were able to enjoy a movie one evening.
