“Clean home, most needed items already in home, fast and easy communication with host, lots to do in surrounding area and lots of trails and cute downtown/old town exploring opportunities, and would recommend to friends and family to stay. Items to consider bringing for future stay: extra towels for spa use, step stool for high cupboards or kiddos to reach sinks, portable mop or vacuum since surrounding area is hiking trails.”

“Small space turned into a garage, the owner stays at the house next door and they watch you like a hawk! Owners were terrible, shows a spa but not allowed to use it. Do yourself a favor and find a better rental”

“This place was disgusting. There were ants in the kitchen and the bathroom. Looked like it had not been deep cleaned in years. I went to use a washcloth and when I squeezed the water out of it the water I squeezed out was brown . The bed pillows were dirty and disgusting I could not use them. There was was no A/C in the bedroom.The lighting was awful. Spiders in multiple places.Broken tile soap/shampoo shelf broken and jagged, someone could cut themselves on it. Shower floor is slippery. “Wonderful, comfortable home, loved being able to walk around the nearby lake! Game room has an amazing game selection but we had good weather so we were mostly out hiking. Hope to be back soon!”

“The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pizza oven was a nice bonus! The hot tub was lovely, the yard is beautiful and has plenty of space for everyone. The beds were super comfy, the massage chair in the king room was a wonderful suprise. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property. Kimmy and John were amazing hosts. Their communication was excellent. We needed balls for the foosball and they had them delivered through Amazon the next day. Very unexpected and kind.”

“Back of the Moon home is a perfect location with easy access to everything local. Wineries, Apple Hill, Old Hangtown, and unique restaurants. The house is clean, quiet, updated, and at the same time, old Spanish style. Thank you to Kim and Seth for the lovely flowers and thoughtful note welcoming us. The house is equipped with everything we need. We have family close by, so we will stay here again for sure!!”
