“We absolutely love this hotel it was our first time in Sarnia and the staff was amazing. We loved the pool area sauna and hot tub. It was conveniently located”

“The heating unit was not turned on when I entered the room so it got very chilly. When I turnd it on it was very noisy. I called the front desk a number of times but no one answered .Furthermore It also did not seem that the front desk was staffed.”

“The check in was quick and the staff so friendly. The room was great and the bed comfortable. We had a great night sleep both nights. There was one very loud family letting their children run up and down the hall knocking on doors. Staff dealt with it right away. ”
