“This hotel didn’t look like the pictures at all. The room was not clean, and the heating/cooling unit looked like it was growing mold. We requested another room which wasn’t any better so we ended up checking out and getting another hotel. During this experience we also encountered another guest who was unsatisfied with their room.”

“Il prezzo è molto abbordabile e il personale è molto cordiale. La camera era ok con incluso un frigo e un microonde nell’area comune. Ma la palestra era temporaneamente non accessibile e la colazione e il caffè nelle aree comune non disponibili. Vicino all’hotel ci sono un ristorante e un posto dove poter bere caffè e ci sono inoltre strutture dove poter comprare cibo come CVS. Penso sia ragionevole se si è di passaggio ma è meglio organizzarsi con il cibo se si vuole alloggiare lì più a lungo.”

“When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.”

“This was a terrible experience...I expected a Wyndam experience to be better than what I experienced. Dissatisfaction listed below 1. The room had a smell that was not pleasant. 2. The microwave did not work. 3. One bed was made with wet sheets 4. The bathroom had a huge puddle on the floor from an unknowm source. 5. “Entire hotel is rundown. The flooring of the elevator is broken, and hole was cover with a mat and elevator door was very narrow. Ceiling tiles were missing through out the hotel. Every machine in the hotel gym was broken, almost all the dumbbells were missing. The floor of bathroom in our room was dirty and the hot and cold water marking for the shower head faucet was reversed, so when you turned it to cold is actually hot and water pressure was very weak. “I’m going to be honest, the property is a slob, rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and were not clean. The room was rented for 4 people and they only provided 2 towels to shower with. The room was listed as “comes with mini fridge”. No mini fridge was in the room. Another bad thing about it that annoyed me was that I booked this INN due to it stating that it had free shuttle bus that takes you too and from the airport.
