Hotel a Camp Verde

“great place to get away for the weekend, everything was great, 1 thing you have to keep in mind is that internet is very limited, for most of our stay we did not have internet, just on certain areas of the property. other than that it was amazing.”

“We had stayed here last year and it was in much better condition than now. The ice machine was not working, there was a half inch gap between the door and the door jam from the lock down, the restaurant was closed but it looked like they were trying to open again, there was what looked like dry rot on the door jam going into the bathroom, there was only one person at the front desk but was mia ex (left to get ice to put in the ice machine). The positive was the bed was clean and comfortable....

“I booked a king room through Expedia and I was given a disgusting dirty room The sheets were not cleaned it was a full bed sized room It was absolutely terrible..mgmt/owner was not friendly at all..do not recommend..”

“Very safe place and clean - no troubles checking in or out. Everything you need is close by, coffee (Dutch bros/Starbucks) a lot of restaurants close by as well.”

“I liked that it didn't have a hotel feel. I didn't see staff but I also liked that.The room had everything you needed. It had more of a private feel than your usual hotel. Beautiful landscaping with nature all around. The location of Comfort has the feeling of going back in time which was very nice for relaxing vacation.”

“The facility was totally misrepresented in Expedia. Based on the descriptions and photos and the 9.2 rating, we booked 7 nights in a “premier” room. The room we were given did not look even remotely like the photos. The “shower” was a cloth wrap around a free standing tub—away from walls with no grab bars, no place for soap/shampoo. The bathroom was a step down from the bedroom. My wife stumbled to her knees when she got up to use the bathroom at night because she missed the step in the dark....
