“Our room was updated and clean. The bikes were in excellent shape and we appreciated borrowing the beach chairs and loading up our cooler with fresh ice before heading to the beach. Also the hotel is in a perfect location for biking and beaching.”

“The staff were very nice. Excellent AC. Clean room with very comfortable bed. Nice pool with a few lounge chairs and a few tables with umbrellas with chairs. Coffee was available for 24 hours. Ice machine outside the office was great. Great stay. I wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. “I only stayed one night, but it was a great stay. This is a really cute boutique hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have a pool, which I did use while I was there. There’s a nice area out back for guests to use. I recommend this hotel.”
