“The room was quiet, Clean and the bed was comfortable. The exception of one guest that kept slamming their door over and over going in and out of their room after 9pm but the rest of the night was Quiet. The breakfast was on par to other hotels and was good. Just spent one night but it was right by the hospital with easy access for an appointment the next morning. This was a bad time to get to the hotel with road construction all around the hotel and the main entrance closed which routed traffic...
“Our check-in was amazing- staff members welcoming, genuinely helpful and friendly. Our room was also amazing- both spacious and clean. Many restaurants are within walking distance and the free starter beer and wine were very much appreciated. ”

“We were on our way to Iowa to see my dying father and our brand new car broke down in spokane so we had to get a hotel for 2 days. And Amy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Im battling stage 3 breast cancer and ahe waa so sweet and helpful. Thank you for making an awful situation a bit better.”

“We enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant next door to which we were given a voucher. We were warned it could be noisy being downtown, but didn't notice noise at all on a Monday night. Clean, contemporary, and convenient in the downtown area.”

“I would stay here again hands down. Bed was very comfortable, good sized room, very clean. Bathroom was great. My only complaint was the lack of street parking, especially for a large truck. But I loved this hotel. ”

“Beautiful clean hotel. Nice from desk people all of them included the staff from the little Starbucks inside the hotel 5 star to all of them.5 minutes walking distance to the center. Thank you to all of them especially to Angela.”
