“Water pressure in shower was weak, no fan in bathroom. One of the three elevators were down so it made things a little challenging. But these are the worst things. THE staff was wonderful, the bed was super comfortable, location was really good. I would definitely stay here again!!”

“My true discontent was no irons; only steamers. Not evem one when requested. Because of this, I will never stay at this location again. The steamer should be the optional preference, not an iron. This is not a cruise, it's a hotel. When you have multiple things to iron, a steamer is not conducive nor the appropriate accommodation. Pleanty of parking; some staff were off-putting.

“The breakfast this hotel offers, is across the street and you get a voucher for 3 pancakes per person plus a drink. The room is a bit outdated and dirty. The pool is never cleaned and the 2nd jacuzzi did not work so everyone crammed into one. The poolside chairs were dragged around by other hotel guests and the chair pads were all over the place. The older guy working the night shift, could care less about what was going on or keeping the amenities in hood condition. ”
