“This hotel is a bit run-down, for a 4 star. carpet was dirty, electricity socket was coming out of its place and various other small things. But worst of all was the level of service. i asked for a wake up call and they forgot, I needed to make a local outbound call and they said I couldn't because I didn't leave a deposit (not true), after some struggle we solved this and the following day same thing, they wouldn't let me do a local outbound call, I've had to speak to the manager.
