“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“Liked the balcony facing the ocean and access to it The staff is, check-in time was terrible. TV and outlets in rooms were not working.”

“Found a dirty diaper whey I left. Property definitely is not what the pictures look like online.”

“The bathroom sink did not drain properly making it hard to shave or brush teeth. Reported to desk and it was not fixed during our two day stay. The room had an odor to it and the carpet felt damp. Not the usual quality of a Hampton Inn.”

“I lived the room and staff were very accommodating. My room did have a small leak from the air conditioning unit in master bedroom which caused a small wet spot on carpet with a slight mildew smell. Other than that, I loved it! I look forward to returning next year.”

“It was pretty good, nothing crazy. The staff was nice and breakfast was good. The no door on the shower was weird because water got everywhere. Probably would pick a different hotel next time due to flies being everywhere. I mean everywhere, dead and alive.”

“The location was Perfect right on the waterfront. The room was clean and spacious our room looked out onto the waterfront Parking was Great and shaded The continental breakfast was lovely”

“I stayed there from July 3, 2026, to July 5, 2026. The hotel and hallways were quite unsanitary and had an unpleasant odor, just like the rooms. Towels and toiletries were very scarce—only a roll of used toilet paper was provided, along with a single bar of soap. The TV remote was broken at the bottom, and the internet connection was terrible.”

“Overall, I had a good stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and for the price, you really get what you pay for. The room was decent, and the air conditioner worked great, which made my stay comfortable. That said, there were a few maintenance and comfort issues. The ice machine was empty, my refrigerator didn't work, my sink knob was broken, the pillows were very flat, and the blanket was thin. The towels were also very thin, so I ended up buying towels at Walmart and used the pillow...

“I didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel. Because I got a email 3 hours before being at the hotel. Saying my room was cancelled. Try calling them 12 times and no answer. So not a good place to do business with. I'm glad I haven't left.”

“The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable.”
