“Amazing staff and clean, beautiful hotel in a prime location in Lake Jackson. The breakfast was great! The staff constantly kept checking in on us to see how our stay was going. I would definitely recommend this hotel to another family. ”

“We stayed here prior to going on a cruise, btw only 2 minute's from the port. Excellent hotel,rooms super clean staff is friendly and a nice breakfast the next day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to staying for a cruise or just a visit.”

“Good place to stay with family. Beeakfast needs to be improved. There were not many options and once an item got over it was never re-filled even after repeated requets. But overall a nice stay.”

“Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”

“Attendent was not very cordial or accomodating. Room was spacious and had most of the things we needed, but some were missing - like a counter or table in the bathroom. There were some areas that were not clean - the shower. It was a decent room for the money we paid. ”

“The room had a bad smell, there were cockroaches, the toilet didnt work well, the curtain was broken, the staff on check in was not very nice, but the checkout staff was very polite”

“Not your average motel 6 , Very clean . Modern style hotel . Beds are a lil thin but still comfortable enough to sleep in . Overall a good experience. ”

“This place is beyond disgusting, it’s actually embarrassing that it’s even allowed to operate. I walked into my room and found dried blood on the floor, hair all over the shower, and random crumbs and debris everywhere. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Not “a little messy”, I’m talking straight up filthy and unacceptable. I went to the front desk thinking they’d fix it, and instead they laughed and shrugged it off like it was no big deal. That alone tells you...

“You get what you pay for. Rooms were recently remodeled but all 3 of our rooms had dead cockroaches and ours had a couch that was still in the cardboard and plastic from its delivery. One of our rooms already had guests staying in it so we walked in on them. Front desk couldn’t explain why there was somebody already there. Would not stay there again but you live and learn!”

“This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. (Thank God it was still in the package, but gross). Also there was something gross stuck on the nightstand. I complained but they said “we...
