“One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. ”

“Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

“We stayed for 4 nights. The bed and room were clean and comfortable. The TV was nice and worked great with Netflix and other apps. Great air conditioning. The front desk agents were nice and easy to reach. Free parking was appreciated. Those are the only positives I can come up with. There isn't hot water in the showers. It gets like room temperature at best. I complained to the front desk but they just told me to let it run for a long time to see if it would get hot. It never did. They did...

“Staff is very nice, the area is very tucked away. More if you want to stay away from touristy areas and get an actual feel of what boricuas live on a day to day basis. I would just say to remember to request housekeeping.”

Small hotel, no amenities, a/c none existent in lobby and very little in the room, no breakfast, check-in is still done by paper, you have to ask to get your room cleaned, towels or anything else that is standard at every other hotel on the planet. “Perfect location- close to everything!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. However there’s still some construction and so no restaurant or access to rooftop. ”

“Perfect secluded little spot right in the heart of everywhere you want to be. Lovely breakfast options within a 2 minute walk. The staff is always smiling and welcoming. There is no smoking area on the property so smokers will have to walk out and stand on the street to smoke with your morning coffee, minor inconvenience and does not change the comfort and enjoyment of your stay.
