“I was not happy with my stay as I was told it was near the beach. I asked the hotel if I could cancel my remaining nights. They agreed and were on a call with Expedia. I was told I would be billed for the one night. I was out by 8 am the next morning and moved to a hotel near the beach. I was told I would receive a refund from Both the hotel and Expedia customer service. I never received my refund. What a joke.”

“La pulizia in una camera non era stata fatta. Il personale alla reception era sbrigativo e poco accogliente. Il ristorante per cena e colazione pessimo. La struttura e' bellissima e in posizione ottima per l'aeroporto, ma la qualità, rispetto al passato, è scesa moltissimo in proporzione al prezzo che si paga. È un buon hotel 4 stelle, ma il costo (delle camere, del parcheggio) è sproporzionato a come viene gestito. ”

“Their elevator was the only main issue during our stay. The gym was amazing and staff was very helpful. All of house keeping was incredibly friendly and helpful when in need of fresh towels or trash bags. The breakfast was alright, I loved that on the weekends they served fruit. But they could use a little more variety scrambled eggs 5 out of the 7 days we stayed. But they did keep everything well stocked which was fantastic on the busier mornings. All together we enjoyed our stay.”

“Hotel di livello molto buono in tutti gli aspetti: hall confortevole e ampia, buona offerta per la colazione, bella palestra. Camere ampie e pulite. Unica nota negativa: la camera non è stata sistemata tra il primo e il secondo giorno del nostro soggiorno. Mi è successo anche in altri hotel e per me non è stato un grave problema perché c'era ampia disponibilità di asciugamani, ma è necessario comunicarlo prima al cliente”
