On check in, hotel staff told me I was currently booked on second floor rooms but that elevator was not working due to renovations. He offered to move us to first floor if we wanted. “The check in was very poor. The staff member was on the phone with her ear buds on an obviously personal call through the whole check in process. She also thought my Maryland driver's license was from out of the country . I had several interactions with her and she was always on the phone. The other staff were more professional.
