“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Places, dirty rooms are horrible. Bed is completely uncomfortable. The service there was amazing. I will say that the lady counter in the evening shift was awesome. Checking in.However, on the other shift she was slower than anything had ever been with in my life”

“The holes in the wall were stuffed with toilet paper the elevator didn't even work to the third floor and they said the doors to the each floor was locked and were even locked to be safe”

“I was only staying for a night so that I could attend a seminar in the morning. The front desk attendant was kind and friendly. The lobby, lobby bathroom, and my room were immaculate. No issues at all. ”

“Very loud hotel as the doors are very thin and not like typical solid doors! They put me in a room beside one ot the hosekeeping closets and rmthey would be making noises at 7am sharp daily! Be careful which end of the hotel you are on !”
