“Staff was helpful and even switched my room just because I didn't like the way that part of the building smelled. ”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“First time visiting the area and the hotel was great. Lots of restaurants around the area. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were friendly. ”

“My wife and I were in town for a wedding. We had no problems with the room. Clean, spacious, quiet, and adequate space. My only complaint would be breakfast Sunday morning. The waffle batter was empty, no sausage, and a few other things were empty. I do acknowledge it was busy and I could tell the attendant was working hard. She could have used some extra help. (Breakfast Saturday morning was perfect). With the exception of Sunday’s breakfast, everything was good. If we find ourselves in Akron...
