“Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels.”

“Would like to see or be informed about surrounding area bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Nothing in room or posted anywhere. Just a nice to know info.”

“It was a goid stay- beds, linens and towels exceeded my expectation. Breakfast was good- i loved that the hostess made the waffles. 24 hour coffee and ice water in the lobby also exceeded expectations. Plenty of free parking.- you do need to have your own transportation, the only non iimdustrial place within a bad weaher walk was a VFW.. They also need some flooring updated in the kobby and elevators.”

“The hotel smelled horrible. The pot hit you in the face every time you walked out your door. It was obvirous people were smoking in the hotel.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio”

“When we went to check in they said they over booked and my booking wasn’t excepted. And turned me away. I later messaged and asked when I’d be refunded. They said I never showed up and will be charged for a no show. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never ever go or refer anyone there. Horrible customer service from the manager Deon Watkins. I went to Hampton inn and their customer service was INCREDIBLE!”

“Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. I was there on a Friday night and it got very loud in the lobby at around 11:00 PM. you stay on the 1st floor, it can be noisy.”
