Hi Belinda,Thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience with Madison Canberra.I can see that Expedia had not cancelled your booking correctly and that our Reception Team had to reach out to Expedia to resolve the double booking created.Unfortunately, this is something we have noticed when guests create multiple bookings through a Third Party Website and modify them, the communication can get lost between bookings. We are working on improving this contact with Expedia and its affiliates. The full amount was refunded back to you as soon as it had been brought to our attention - please reach out as soon as possible if the refunded amount has not been received.

Unfortunately, OTIS Elevators could not attend our Elevator over the Christmas and New Years Period. We contacted every arriving guest prior to this to ensure they were aware of the situation.Our Accessible Rooms contain One Queen Bed and One Single Bed in the one room, this is regardless of what floor the room is on. If you would like to reach out directly I can confirm what you had originally booked with the price of the room you were moved too and organise a compensation amount for you.
