Excelente Hotel. Todo personal es muy atento. Limpieza excelente. Los colchones muy comodos. Las albercas limpias. La playa con vista espectacular. Asi como la vista a la laguna. Muy seguro. Aunque No tenia el plan todo incluido. Los alimentos de los Restaurantes son muy sabrosos. La unica propuesta es la que ajusten sus tiempos de check in a las 3 pm y de check out a las 12 hrs. Como en la mayoria de los hoteles. Ya que afecta al huesped al quitarle 3 hrs.; Seguro regresaremos. Gracias

Best value for the money on the hotel strip. Great transportation on the red bus. Rooms large and quiet. Staff were very friendly and professional. Nice beach front and pools.
The only weak point is no exhaust in bathroom and round cylinder tap handles that are hard to grip. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The facilities are maintained and you have access to the beach, however, the pools require better maintenance. The cleaning service in the rooms is very good. The location is not the best if you want to access restaurants and shops. You feel isolated and forced to do all activities with the hotel due to insecurity. I think it must be better to stay in the middle of the hotel zone. It's not bad but it's not the best either.

The beach access near this hotel is not only amazing but the water is much more calm as compared to other areas along the stretch of beach. The water is just beautiful. This hotel also offers multiple pool options which is a big plus.

The overpriced food could have more effort put in to it.
However, everything else was perfect. Beautiful property and beaches. There isnât much to do or eat in the area, but we would come back for a lazy vacation to relax.

Around 20 mins away from airport, only 1 mins walk to bus stop. Stayed here for four nights, every staff in the hotel is very nice. I booked a deluxe double room with balcony, room is spacious, clean and view is good. They even have a safety box for me to put my laptop at concierge when I keep my luggage for couple hours. Definitely love the service at the Westin.

Great property with multiple restaurants and pools to choose from. All staff members were extremely friendly. The room was updated and very spacious. A great place to relax on vacation!

I stayed for two nights , property is little old but renovations going on very quiet perfect view of ocean and very polite staff always take care of us and reasonable rates appreciate that .

We had an excellent stay at The Westin Resort and Spa CancĂșn. Our room was spacious and very clean. While the bathroom needed some renovations (caulking, some tile cracks), we were told they are undergoing a $50 million renovation in the next year. Our door jam plate needed a screw and was bent. Maintenance arrived within 10 minutes to fix it. There were no other issues. The beach and pools are beautiful, and there are plenty of chairs both in sun and shade. We ate at Sea and Stones twice. Both times the food and service were excellent. Ricardo, the concierge who helped us throughout the week was great, as was Juan on the beach. Beach service was quick and efficient. All the staff was outstanding.
