“The staff were excellent friendly respectful and couldn’t do enough for us a credit to the business Bibana and Hem. So very thoughtful thank you for looking after us and Bella enjoyed cuddles ”

“Staff were really welcoming and helpful. We ate in the restaurant, and although there was no children's menu, they were very accommodating with my daughter to make her a half portion of a main. The room was lovely and spacious, with a very comfortable bed.”

“Very nice place, comfortable and relaxing. good position because it is near the airport. Very friendly and outgoing staff. Very good restaurant for dinner, lunch and breakfast (in a wonderful original Orien Express train). probably I will go back next time.”

“Lovely spacious room and complimentary gin and chocolates for my husband's birthday - thank you. Dinner at The Jetty was great! Disappointed hot breakfast was at a surcharge as previous times at other harbour hotels this wasn't the case. I ordered poached eggs and they were overdone.”

“Noi abbiamo optato per la soluzione appartamento. La cucina era super attrezzata con frigo, forno e micro onde. La camera aveva un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo - nonstante i letti era molto spaziosa. Il salotto sembrava un vero salotto da casa. I letti erano comodi. Mi dispiace che siamo rimasti solo tre giorni. ”

“Lovely stay in one of the smaller, cosy doubles. Room nicely decorated and the whole pub had a really nice, cosy vibe. Food was great, always such a wide menu with large portions. Good ale and wine selection too. ”

“I will be looking forward to coming back again in the future. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. You were left feeling like you were visiting family (in the all the best ways). The food was utterly superb. Nothing was pretentious, it was good portions and so flavourful. I really really can't remember when I last had a meal that good! The atmosphere overall was bubbling and warm. Everyone around me all seemed to be having a really positive experience...
